He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Inocencio Arce and Antonia Arce (Garza); his daughters, Belinda Marie Arce and Vanessa Ann Arce; his brothers, Inocencio Arce, Jr., Rene Arce, Frank Arce, Oscar Arce and Alfredo Arce; his wife Sylvia Ann Arce (Tijerina); his children, Marsie Arce (Garza) and Raul Arce, Jr.; his stepchildren, Sonia Bridgett Castro and Demetrio Castro III; and his siblings, Ofelia Anzaldua (Fidencio), Lydia Cano (John), Noelia Pantoja (Manuel) and Arthur Arce (Myong). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
