He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Lee and Sally Moore; and his brother Neal Lee. He is survived by: his children, Conrad Lee Jr. and Amy Lee Gagnon; and his great grandchildren, Jasper and Barrett. He is also survived by grandchildren.
