He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Clyde Wiggins and Margalo Wiggins (McElroy); his wife Gwennette Wiggins; his children, Shane (Allyson Wiggins), Curtiss (Sheryl Donahoe), Chairety (Andy Pellegrin), Pam (Barclay Hill), Jessica Wiggins Gilpin and Fallon Wiggins Reagans (Timothy); and his sister Linda Beth (Noble). He was also cherished by grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

His family request that monetary contributions be sent to Trevino-Smith Funeral Home in his honor in lieu of flowers.
