He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Cook and Nell Cook; his siblings, Michael and Brenda; his stepdaughter Corless; and his grandson Kyle.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Dana, Melissa and Lauri; his stepson Alan (Debbie); and his brother Wayne. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Flynn (11085 Farm to Market 977, Normangee, TX 77871).
