He is survived by: his children, Amy Koudelka and John David Holder; his stepchildren, Hailee and Andrew Lambert; his grandchildren, David Holder, Jason Holder, Mollie Holder and Paisley Holder; his stepgrandchildren, Clayton Holder, Barrett Lambert and Cheyenne Dunford; and his siblings, Bobby (Lillian Holder), Robert (Victoria Holder), Howard (Tammy Holder) and Shirley Ward (late Luther Ward). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
