He is survived by: his parents, Eloy Beltran and Irene Vela Beltran of Odem; his wife Jessica Garcia; his daughters, Maddison and Amber Beltran of Sinton; and his siblings, Michael Paul Beltran of Corpus Christi and April Irene Beltran of Corpus Christi. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
