He was predeceased by : his parents, Ysidro Pena and Eulalia Pena; and his siblings, Ysidro Pena Jr., Isabel Baeza and Natalio Pena.

He is survived by : his children, Albert Pena-Rudd (Mark), Katrina Montoya (Sisto) and Laura Flores (Hector); his siblings, Angelita Ramos, Gabriel Pena (Martha), Susana Ramirez (Juan) and Irene Almaguer; his grandchildren, Daniel Flores (Mayra), Leandra Carrion (Robert), Jessica Gavaldon (Erick) and Nicolas Montoya; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Flores, Abram Flores, Myhla Gavaldon, Auden Flores, Myles Gavaldon, Micah Gavaldon, Aubrei Flores, Agustine Carrion, Noah Galindo and Nathalia Samaniego. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (907 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79761).

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St. Jude's Children's hospital, your local animal shelter or charity of your choice.
