He is survived by: his daughter Linda Rodriguez (Michael) of Midland; his grandson Jacob Evans (Kelly); his great grandchild Liadan of Tye; his daughter-in-law Anne Evans of Midland; his grandson Garrett Evans of Lubbock; his great grandchild Renvy Smith (Chris) of Rising Star; his caregiver Vanessa Carrillo; Joe Evans of Midland Greenwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Stanton First United Methodist Fellowship Hall.
