It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celia Ramirez of Odessa, Texas, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Luisa C. Ramirez; her husband Alejandro Ramirez; her father Bernardo Sr. Ramirez; her brother Eufemio Ramirez; her sister-in-law Rosa Ramirez (Pedro Ramirez); her sister Socorro Biscaino; and her siblings-in-law, Raul Biscaino (Paula Navarrete), Beto Navarrete and Bertha Ramirez.
She is survived by: her children, Geneva Navarette, Armando Ramirez, Gilda Martinez (Tony) and Steven Ramirez (Diana); her nephews, Bernardo Ramirez Jr. and Juan Ramirez; and her niece Juana Rodriguez Brothers. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
