He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Struck; his children, Stephanie, Amy Augustine (Dave Augustine) and Craig Struck (Jessica Struck); his sister Debbie Richey; his grandchildren, Samantha West, Kayla Patton, Tyler Scott, Garrett Patton, Carter Struck and Carley Struck; and his great grandchildren, Brynnlee, Leighton and Alize.
