He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Amos Baker and Fairy Eva Orwick Baker. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann Gilliland (Joel), Nancy Simon (Brian), Angie Lightner (Carl), George Clark (Jinny), Eddie Clark (Debbie) and John Clark (Susan); his sister Jane Ogg (Bill); his grandchildren, Rachel Love (Sean), Joshua Gilliland (Emily), Jonathan Gilliland (Stephanie), Rebekah Coats (Nathan), Brian Simon (Emily), Clinton Simon (Abi), Cassie Kvapil (Ray), Demetri Simon, Tiergan Simon, George Clark (Sarah), Brandon Clark (Krista), Ginger Jones (Michael), Heather Jones (Jonathan), Chris Clark, Courtney Clark and Summer Benton (Marty); his former wife Joan Baker; his wife Faye Fields Baker; and his siblings, John, Wayne, Frank, Charles, Freddie, Kathryn, Eva, Gail and Judy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McNett Funeral Home (705 N Main St, Andrews, TX 79714). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (901 NE 4th Pl, Andrews, TX 79714).
