He is survived by: his mother Lavina Crockett (Foutz) of Utah; his wife Marion; his sons, Dave Crockett (Cindy) and Jerry Crockett; his siblings, Christine Millet of Utah, Clarlyn Sant (Howard) of California, Daryl Crockett, Guy Crockett (Juliette), Joel Crockett, Jonathan Crockett (Adrianna) and Jesse Crockett (Karyn) of Utah; and his grandchildren, Becca, Ben, Brandon and Dylan.
