She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Duncan and Linda Harvey; and her brother Rick Harvey. She is survived by: her husband Michael DeHay; her sons, Terry Takeda, Kelly Takeda and Joe Takeda; her stepdaughters, Kendra DeHay and Shawna DeHay; and her sisters, Judy Hanes, Paula Slusher and Janiece Charlez. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren; and her four great-grandchildren.
