She is survived by: her children, Jeana Bowden (Evan) and Richard, III (Dannyaal); her siblings, Lola Bates of Houston, TX, Lela Bates (Clinton) of Porterville, MS, Teresa Thompson of Houston, TX and Willie Thompson (Chris) of Houston, TX; and her grandson Richard, IV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
