He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucinda Vielma Webster and Clarence Edward Webster (Pappy); his son Brandon Webster (Bam); and his siblings, Ernesto Mancha and Lillian Galindo.
He is survived by: his son Bryan E. Webster; his granddaughters, Hailey J. Webster and Hope O. Webster; his close friend Luzcema Webster (Lucy); and his siblings, Alfredo Mancha (Gina), Rosa Mendoza (Charlie), Charlotte Amos (Jeff), Elizabeth Baudilio Ramirez (Bo), Priscilla Powers, Lucinda Webster (Cindy), Linda Beggs (Mike) and Margaret Cuevas.
