He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Matkin; his sons, Daniel (Wendy) of Odessa and Douglas (Michelle) of Wellington; his daughter-in-law Lesley Rathbun of Duluth, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Parker, Garrett, Andrew, William Rathbun and Alexandra (Jeremy Pantalion) of Dallas, Texas..
