She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Juanita Ruiz Valenzuela; her daughters, Yolanda Alaniz of Odessa and Leticia Ramirez (Ronald) of Odessa; her siblings, Ramon Valenzuela (Manuela) of Kermit, Reynaldo Valenzuela (Lilia) of Kermit, Maria "Cuca" Moralez of Kermit and Susana Morales (Jesus) of Kermit; her grandchildren, Adrian Alaniz, Desiree Bersoza, Crystal Alaniz, Tamara Maldonado, Jacob Ramirez, Aaron Ramirez, Maykayla Maldonado and Sabrina Patino; her great grandchildren, Ceana Bersoza, Bryson Bersoza, Ariyah Bersoza, Zirah Bersoza, Aiden Acosta, Audrik Acosta and Adrian Alaniz, Jr.; her son Manuel Maldonado; and her grandson Matthew Ramirez.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the Acres West Funeral Chapel (8115 W University Blvd, Odessa, TX 79764). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (907 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79761). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Ector County Cemetery (300 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79761).
