He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufino Rios and Diana Rios; his wife Jennifer Rios; and his brother Ernest Rios. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Taylor Rios (Kacey Greathouse), Alyssa Gutierrez Jacob Rios (Shaun Gutierrez) and Alaina Rios; his grandchildren, Lucas Nolan Gutierrez, Mason Fabian, Carson David Rios and Levi Taylor Rios; his siblings, Frank Rios, Loanna Tavarez, Dora Lujan and Amanda De La Cruz; and his brother-in-law Danny De La Cruz. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
