She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Carter; and her grandmother Billie Pippin. She is survived by: her father Donald Carter; her children, Adam Kennedy, Devon Carter, Justin Long and Wateka Long; and her siblings, Nancy Portwood of Odessa, Brenda Tompkins (Rod Tompkins) of Washington, Shirley McBee (Keith McBee) of Odessa, Mike Pippin (Patty Pippin) of Midland and Bobby Carter (Karen Carter) of Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
