He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Anthony; his children, Patricia Kinsman (Stu) of Corinth, TX, Kristina Lively (Jack) of Midland, TX and Woody Salge (Saleana) of Odessa, TX; his siblings, James Anthony Jr. (Weida) of Denton, TX and Debbie Regnier (Russell) of Odessa, TX; and his grandchildren, Megan Lively, Charles Lively, Tori Garcia, Lexy Clanton, Kendall Lively, Steven Simmons, Chase Lively, Traden Salge, Kayden Lively and Cooper Kinsman.
