It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oteka Hunt of Odessa, Texas, born in Brownfield, Texas, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Glen T. Hunt; her son Wes; and her sister Leola Greene. She is survived by: her children, Roy Hunt (Susan), Mary Hunt (Wes), Cherry McDermid, Sue Hunt and Tomibeth Brooks (Gary); her siblings, Jamie Mills and James Massingill (Jenny); her grandchildren, Sloane Crume, Ashley McLaughlin, Camille Hays and Jed Duesler; and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Gracelyn, Blair, Brooks, Palmer, Reagan and Devin.

Memorials may be given to The Permian Basin Rehabilitation Center, 620 N. Alleghaney Ave, Odessa, Texas, 79761.
