She was predeceased by: her fathers, Kenneth Winbery and Eugene Winbery (Marion Stover); her husband Tommy Webb; and her pet Annie Oakley. She is survived by: her children, Brian Webb, Krystal Webb Patterson and Chris Patterson; her sisters, Dianne Vasquez (Ramon Vasquez), Beverly Forsyth and Mary Ann Dixon; her grandchildren, Victoria Patterson (Tori), Alexandria Patterson (Dailan Carrier) and Joshua Patterson (JP); and her great grandchild Luka Carrier.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (6801 W Hwy 80 E, Odessa, TX 79762). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home (6801 W Hwy 80 E, Odessa, TX 79762). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Rosehill Cemetery (300 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79761).
