He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Hinson Eicher; his son Richard Allen Eicher II; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his daughter Jessica Jean Eicher Smith (William); his grandchildren, Samuel, Sapphire, Hunter and Katherine; his siblings, Mike (Sharon), Dana (Ronnie), Paula and Monte (Suzanne); and his sister-in-law Nancy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
