He is survived by: his wife Dee Powell of Odessa, TX; his children, Mike Powell (Diana), Richie Powell (Linda) and Charity Powell Carter (Clyde); his siblings, Lily Shamblin of Roland, OK, Pat Card of Prosper, TX, Toy Browning, Victoria, Minn, Floy Buchmann of Rock Springs, WY, Fay Martin (Bill) and Gene Powell (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Lyric, Creek, Danielle, Monica, Ashley, Kara, Lisa, Rachel, Kyndra and Brandon. He is also survived by great grandchildren, 6; great great grandchildren.
