It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robin Winfield Stirman (Odessa, Texas), born in Farmington, New Mexico, who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Winfield Jr. and Elizabeth Louise Stirman (Jones); and his siblings, Milly Rinehart and Carl Rey Dallas. He is survived by: his wife Leony Stirman of Monahans, Texas; and his children, Randy Stirman (Erin) of South Bend, James Ingram Campoy, Cles James Campoy and Clestine Partosa.

He was a man who could always be counted on, and his contributions to the workplace were invaluable.
