He is survived by : his wife Rosetta Butler; his children, Greg Cuba (Sadie), Ginger Borman (Marshal), Karen Cuba, Jan Starnes (Mark) and Patricia Hamilton; and his siblings, Mary Musil, Frances Quinlan, Georgia Hall, Johnnie Cuba, Jim Cuba and Henry Cuba. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (705 Fourteenth St, Megargel, TX 76370). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at the Megargel Cemetery.
