He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Sly; his grandchildren, Jason Sly, Stephanie Sly and Gwendolyn Sly; his great grandchild Eliza Sly; his daughter Kayla Turney; his grandchildren, Alexandra Mazur and Nicolas Mazur; his stepdaughters, Deanna, Debbie (Winder) and Dana (McClendon); his grandchildren, Thomas Taylor III, Jonathan Chase Taylor, Levi Cache Taylor and Sage Josephine Taylor; Thomas Taylor Jr.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
