He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Burkhaulter and Vera Burkhaulter; his sister Alpha Butler; and his children, Roger Dale Burkhaulter and Sheryl Jakubik (Francine Burkhaulter).
He is survived by: his brother Don Burkhaulter (LWanda); his children, Gene Burkhaulter (Pam), Randy Burkhaulter (Megan), Kaye Mauldin (Max) and Cindy Chapman; and his grandchildren, Heath, Matt, Braden, LaTasha, Krista, Alanna, Courtney, Kylee, Caden and Audrey. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
