He is survived by: his wife Petra L. Cisneros; his children, Romulo Cisneros III (Elsa M. Cisneros), Juan Francisco Cisneros, Angelica Zavala (Hugo Zavala) and Miguel Cisneros (Amy Cisneros); his siblings, Hector Cisneros and Maria Luisa Ochoa; his grandchildren, Hugo Zavala Jr., Jacqueline Zavala, Destiny Alvarez, Sasha Cisneros, Natasha Cisneros, Jacob Cisneros, Briana Cisneros, Juan Cisneros Jr., Dominic Cisneros, Ellie Cisneros, Miguel Cisneros Jr. and Noah Alexander Cisneros; and his great grandchild Emiliano Lugo.
