He was predeceased by: his father Elwyn Dewayne Whitsitt; and his grandparents, John, Mildred Whitsitt, George and Mattie Campbell.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Whitsitt (Campbell) of Olney; and his brothers, John (Kathryn Whitsitt) and Steven (Sandra Whitsitt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
