He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Manuel and Minnie Lee Manuel (Smith); his siblings, Hershel Manuel, O. C. Manuel, Raphel Manuel, Cloyce Manuel, Larry Manuel, Laverne McCarson and Reba Mahler; and his grandson Cade Manuel.
He is survived by: his wife Sherron Manuel (Cribbs) of Elbert; his sons, Raphel Manuel of Godlley, Rusty (Rhonda Manuel) of Hawley, Duain (Tomalynn Manuel) of Elbert and Rodger Manuel of Newcastle; and his siblings, Lyndel (Lymarlis Manuel) of Elbert, Laquita Kee of Amarillo and Floybeth Frost of Elbert, Texas.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lunn Funeral Home (300 S Avenue M, Olney, TX 76374). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
