She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvill Hale and Reba Hale (Conradt); her husband Dr. David S. Moore; her son Jon David Moore; and her sister Mildred Chaney.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Dyer (Barry) of Holliday; and her grandsons, Devin Dyer of Holliday and Dalton Dyer of Wichita Falls, Texas..
