He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Simmons (Jensen); and his brother Guy Lawrence Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Tamatha Simmons; and his children, Oren Simmons, Danielle Franck, Jessica Peyton and Kye Simmons. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
