She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Shrum and Hester Shrum (Hobbs); her husband Wilburn "Andy" Andrew; and her sisters, Iva Jean West and Pansy Lee Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Earl Andrew (Judy Faye) of Amarillo, Alan Dale Andrew (Myra Boykin) of Lubbock and Alexia Anne Andrew of Olton; and her grandchildren, Jason Dale Andrew, Jamie Felicia Andrew, Samantha Renee Bost, Nick Andrew and Eric Andrew. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
