It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Jefferies of Olton, Texas, born in Stamford, Texas, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Murray and Nealy Murray (Gentry); her husband John Jefferies; her son Scott Jefferies; and her brother John Tom Murray.

She is survived by : her son Brian V. Jefferies (Amanda Flowers); and her brothers, Michael Murray of Olton and Max Murray of Anson.
