He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Richey and Josephine Richey; his brothers, Rodney Richey and Donald Richey; and his sister-in-law Karen Ellis Richey.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Richey of Hughes Springs; his children, Lisa Dunn of Hurst and Lance Richey (Medea) of Coppell; his grandchildren, Amanda Campbell (Reese) of Nacogdoches, Jack Booker of Dallas and Alexis Booker of Los Angeles, California; his great grandchildren, Ella, Addison, Jett and Callum Campbell of Nacogdoches; his siblings, Janice Richey of Omaha, Sue Gattis of Winnsboro, Tommy Richey of New Boston and Nolan Richey (Patricia) of Omaha; and his sisters-in-law, Charmel Richey of Quitman and Joyce Richey of Union Grove. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha, Texas, or Chambers Home Health & Hospice in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
