He is survived by: his wife Tammy Proctor of Omaha, Texas; his children, Victoria Proctor of Hughes Springs, Texas and Desion Proctor of Omaha, Texas; his mother Kaleta Burgin of Daingerfield, Texas.; his stepfather David Burgin of Daingerfield Texas; his siblings, Angie Satterfield of Daingerfield, Texas, Regina "Sissy" Keasler (Marty) of Hughes Springs, Texas, Aleshia Fatherree (Ricky) of Gilmer, Texas, Noel Proctor Jr. (Jessica) of Apple Springs, Texas, Simon Proctor (Amy) of Lone Star, Texas, Damon Proctor (Jennifer) of Hughes Springs, Texas, Kayla Hendrix (Jeff) of Linden, Texas, Stacy Oshel of Burlison, Texas and Cody Burgin; his grandchildren, Richard Banks, Kore Knox, Hemi Verrett and Kaine Verrett; and his stepchildren, Tiffany Verrett Morris (Reher Morris), Trey Verrett, Corey Verrett, Kerry Verrett (Ashley Bonvillain) of Houma, Louisiana and Pamela Roberts of Omaha. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Horn Family Funeral Home Chapel (400 Webb St, Daingerfield, TX 75638). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Daingerfield Cemetery.
