He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Ray Farley and Gloria Jean Farley (Masters); his son Blake Ray Farley; and his brothers, Randy Farley, Eddie Farley and Gerald Farley.
He is survived by : his daughters, Brittany Farley and Angela Farley; his grandchildren, Baylee Teston, Karlee Teston, Michael Holdren and Athena Bailey; and his nieces and nephews, Chesane Brambele, Taylon Farley, Cody Farley, Edy Farley, Michael Farley, Dalton Farley, Clayton Farley, Katherine Underwood and Jared Farley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
