He is survived by : his son James Richard; his daughter-in-law Kari Jones of Plano, Texas; his daughter Kellie Jones of New Orleans, Louisiana; his siblings, Ken Jones, John Jones, Georgia Wooten, Jerry and Juanita Croom; and his grandchildren, Sullivan Jones, Hawthorne Jones and Thatcher Jones. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
