She is survived by: her husband William Smelley; her children, John Allen Smelley (Tracey), Tammy Joyce Mitchell, Brian Dewayne Smelley (Kristi), Christina Suzzane Jones, Stella Marie Chandler, Tabitha Kay Bland (Buddy) and Misty Dawn Fulgium (Casey); and her brothers, Bill Sturdevant and Jason Gay. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
