He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Musgrave and Dolly Musgrave (Vest); his grandson Kolton Proctor; and his brother Danny Musgrave. He is survived by: his wife Susan Musgrave; his children, Mary Ellen Gann, Patricia Anne Proctor, Lisa Marie Kamholtz (Pete), Chris Stockwell (Jennifer), Stace Holcomb (Derrick) and Destiny Caywood; and his brothers, Daryl Musgrave (Debbie) and Donald Musgrave (Betty). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
