She is survived by: her children, Tammy Renee Henley (Bo) of Orange and Greg Wilburn (Brandi) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Johnathan Henley (Brandy) and Amber Rickenbrode (Phillip); her great grandchildren, Austin Rickenbrode, Grayson Rickenbrode, Henley Rickenbrode, Jaxson Henley, Asher Henley, Penelope Henley and Sullivan Henley; her siblings, Thurman Vaughn, Gordon Vaughn, Madge Lombardino and Rhonda Schlueter; and her siblings-in-law, Loretta Vaughn and Price Wilburn.
