He is survived by: his wife Billie Skinner; his daughter Jill Skinner-Stewart (Steve); his granddaughter Brianna Beckley; and his siblings, Carolyn Skinner Arnold, Jimmy Ray Skinner, Gene Wayne Skinner, Charlotte Skinner Little, Hazel Skinner Sorter and Patricia Skinner Moore. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
