He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. C., Opal Blackwell, Tyrus and Eloise Stewart. He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Blackwell and Barbara Blackwell; and his sister Laura Allen (Chris). He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles and other loving family and friends.
