He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bellard and Hazel Bellard (Morgan); his brother Bill Bellard; and his parents-in-law, Della and Rufus Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Bellard; his children, Michael Bellard (Misty) and Carrie Crouch (Karl); his grandchildren, Dayne Bellard, Laney Bellard and Katelyn Crouch; and his brother Harvey Bellard (Melanie).
