She is survived by: her mother Cecile Perry Nelson; her significant other Paul Dougharty; her children, Benjamin Dougharty, Brenna Heinrich and Neil Dougharty (Kelli); her grandchildren, Shea, Nicholas, Shelby, London, Declan, Zylar and Colson; and her family, Debbie, Dalia Dominguez and Fina Hernandez.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ride to End Alzheimer's Texas which the family has participated in the past 4 years under the name Team Debbie.
