He is survived by: his wife Latoya Powell; and his children, Lisa Powell Brant, Kimberly Havard Wise, Paula Powell Roberts, Neil Schields, Kristina Powell, Lori Powell and Caden Kibadeaux. He is also survived by Several grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
