He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Richardson, and Frank Richardson, Sr.; his children, Frank Allen Richardson III, Darinda, Paul Lee Richardson (Tracy), Joyce Cockerham and Rosetta Morgan; and his grandchildren, Julie Taft, Phillip, Bill Greer, Cathie, Jamey Greer, Christy, Jeff Cockerham, Joshua Richardson, Lauren, Candace Ellis, Brandon Morgan, Jana, Laura Ellis, Joe, Frank Richardson IIII, Tiffany and Cody Pedigo. He was also cherished by 26 great-grandchildren.

Although Frank loved the State of Texas, he remained loyal to the State of Kentucky with his many charitable donations and generous acts.
