He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearley Alvin Tozer and Elanor Tozer. He is survived by: his wife Debra "Deb" Kay Tozer of Orange; his children, Mkenzie Holloway (Kade) of Orange and Scott Jones (Teletha) of Orange; his grandchild Hayden Holloway; his sister Carol Tibbits (Gary) of Cortez; and his nieces and nephews, Whitney and Kienan. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
