He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Warren Sulsar and Elizabeth Hope Wright Sulsar; his former wife Bobbye Ann Sanders Sulsar; and his sister Sue Sulsar. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stephenson Sulsar; his children, Janna Woods (Ryan) of St. Louis, Missouri and Davis Foreman (Emily) of Pittstown; his stepsons, John Stephenson (Wendy) of Little Cypress and Scott Stephenson (Katrina) of Orange; his grandchildren, Alex Foreman, Emma Foreman, Baylee Foreman, Annabel Stephenson, Huntley Stephenson and Zoe Wolfford; and his siblings, Randy Sulsar (Julia), Barry Sulsar (Cindy) and Beth Molder (Curtis). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mac Arthur Heights Baptist Church (3600 Nightingale St, Orange, TX 77630). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Macarthur Heights Baptist Church (3600 Nightingale St, Orange, TX 77630).
